Ryan Vargas began his racing career at 11 years old. The young Californian moved through the ranks of Bandoleros, NASCAR Street Stocks, Late Models, and the K&N Series. He competed as a member of the 2018 NASCAR Driver for Diversity class.
Now, in his fourth season in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, Vargas currently runs a partial schedule with JD Motorsports and has a season-best finish of P6 at Daytona International Speedway heading into Talladega Superspeedway.
Vargas is very active on social media and is credited as the driver to bring TikTok to the world of NASCAR.
