Corey Heim is a 20-year-old Truck Series driver for Kyle Busch Motorsports, as well as a part-time Arca Menards Series driver for Venturini Motorsports. He was the 2018 Cars Super Late Model Tour Rookie of the year and 2022 Camping World Truck Series Rookie of the year.
What is your favorite track to race at? South Boston Speedway
Do you have a pre-race routine? If so, what is it? I put all my equipment on in the same order every time!
What is the most memorable moment in your career? My first truck win at my home track
Is there another driver that you consider an inspiration and/or a mentor? If so, who and why? I’ve always been a huge fan of Denny Hamlin because of his determination and drive to succeed
How did you get your start in racing? What track/series and what kind of car Quarter midgets at Bill Thomas Raceway in Cumming, GA!
When you first started racing what was your dream, was it NASCAR or one of the open wheel series? NASCAR has always been my dream, although I never thought I would have made it this far!
If you could go back and do-over one moment in your career what would it be?
Probably my first year in ARCA, felt like there was so much I could have done different in
hindsight
Looking ahead to 2023, What are your goals? Would like to win more races and win the truck championship!
