Welcome where ya been! This is the eleventh and last post of a week and a half series reviewing and rating how each driver in the NASCAR Cup series has done in the 2022 season (min. 15 races started). Each part will contain 3-5 drivers and have them grouped by organization/satellite team or car manufacturer as best as possible. The review will include the drivers 2022 season statistics, along with ranks among drivers in 2022 with season ranking since the Chase started in 2004. We will also highlight playoff stats, notable streaks accomplished through the year, 2022 short track (under 1.0 mile), small track (1.0-1.3 mile), intermediate track (1.3-1.5 mile), big track (2-2.5 mile), road course, superspeedway (drafting tracks) and dirt track statistics. Then I will give a brief summary/review, finally ending with a grade A+ thru F-.
Next up is two teams that have not had much success in the Cup Series, Rick Ware Racing drivers and Live Fast Motorsports driver

Summary
Cody Ware struggled very much this year and ended up last in points of all drivers who ran 7 or more races. His 27.77 average finish this year ranked 36th of 39 drivers who ran 15+ races this year. Ware also had 7 DNF’s this year, but in good news he did have 1 Top 10. In the playoffs Ware’s average finish was even worse though as he had a 28.89 average finish with 2 DNF’s and no other stats to speak of. His best style of tracks this year, no shock, was Superspeedways as he had a Top 10 finish and an average finish of 22.0. While none of the tracks were good for him his worst tracks were Small track, his best finish at these tracks was 30th and his average finish was 32.0. There really isn’t much to say about Ware, he is in a car that is underfunded and even the teammate car, 15, wasn’t that good this year. Summary
J.J. Yeley had the worst year of anyone in the Cup Series this year and was the only driver with 15+ starts not to record a Top 10 or Stage Top 10. His best finish was 23rd in 19 races and while he wasn’t with a good team his average finish of 29.95 is still bad. In fact, Yeley’s average finish this year was the worst of anyone with 15+ races started this year. The only bright spot is that he had only 3 DNF’s. In the playoffs Yeley did even worse as he had an average finish of 30.13, which was also last of anyone with 5+ playoff starts. Yeley didn’t have any good tracks this year but his best were Intermediate tracks as he had a 29.57 average finish and only 1 DNF. His worst tracks were not much better than his best, but they were Short tracks and Big tracks. At Big tracks Yeley’s average finish of 31.5 in 2 starts was worst of all drivers who ran a race at one. At Short tracks Yeley had a 30.4 average finish in 5 starts. Summary
B.J. McLeod got a 7th place finish at the Daytona rain race and it’s a good thing that happened or else his season would have been the worst of anyone this year. McLeod’s average finish this year was the second worst of any with 15+ races at 29.14, and in 29 races he had 7 DNF’s to only 1 Top 10. In the playoffs his average finish of 30.11 was also second worst, amongst those with 5+ playoff starts. To keep the negative vibes going McLeod’s worst track style was Small tracks as he had a best finish of 30th, and an average finish of 33.0 which tied Landon Cassill for worst. Now to something more positive, the good tracks for McLeod. This was definitely the Superspeedways for him as he had 2 Top 20’s in 6 races and 1 Top 5, he also had an average finish of 24.67 with only 1 DNF. While this team is still in growing pains, only being their 2nd full-time season, the stats were not good for McLeod. Since he is co-owner of the team I would assume he would race some races next year and I expect the results to be the same as this year.
