PPN is proud to present our next Fan of the Month! Meet Chad LaBrie, our March 2023 Fan of the Month.
Chad hails from Michigan and is a big fan of Dale Jr and JR Motorsports drivers. He’s been a fan of NASCAR about as long as I have and for about as long as some of our Pit Pass Network crew have been alive. He started as a young racing fan and now gets to share the love of racing with his son.

How long have you been a NASCAR fan and what got you into it?
Been a fan of NASCAR since around mid 90’s watching an upcoming driver by the name of Dale Earnhardt Jr. Started out watching local racing when I was around 7 years old and enjoyed that; also help doing work on a race car of a local racer. Enjoyed watching any form of racing but stock cars just seem more interesting and more fun to see on the track.
Who is your favorite current NASCAR driver and why?
Noah Gragson. Watched him come up thru trucks with KBM and then watched him move to JR Motorsports. He races with passion and intrigue. He is a great ambassador for the sport and to his fans. Got the honor to celebrate his Bristol win in 2022 at the Waffle House.
Who is your favorite retired NASCAR driver and why?
Dale Jr because he is what got me into watching NASCAR
What is your all-time favorite NASCAR moment or race?
2022 Bristol Xfinity series race!!!! Was able to make it to a race at Bristol and had my 6 year old son with me!!! Watching this and seeing how his favorite driver won and the excitement in his eyes was amazing.
Is there a unique story behind a piece of memorabilia that you own?
Have a rear quarter panel from Carson Hocevar’s #42 truck that we got autographed by Carson and the designer of the scheme on the truck.
What is your favorite piece in your collection? Why is it your favorite?
The front nose from Noah Gragson’s #9 Xfinity car from the Indy road course car
