Kaz Grala hails from Boston, Massachusetts and has been a staple in the NASCAR garage since 2016. With over 100 starts between the sport’s top three series, Grala has insight and wisdom regarding all styles of tracks.
This season, the veteran is running the No. 26 for Sam Hunt Racing. After 11 races, Grala has scored a top five (Richmond Raceway) and top 10 (Darlington Raceway), and is currently sitting just within the top 20 in points.
Grala sat down with Pit Pass Network to talk about how things are going in his first full-time Xfinity season, his 2020 NASCAR Cup Series debut, and representing a state that is known more for stick-and-ball sports than racing.
Charity of Choice
Kaz chose Fire Department Coffee Foundation as his charity of choice. This organization seeks to give back to “first responders who have been injured on the job, mentally or physically, or who are facing other serious health challenges.”
