Martinsville Speedway will host two elimination races this weekend. With both the NASCAR Cup and Xfinity Series ending their Round of 8 at the Virginia short track, there will plenty of tension and aggression to be seen on the track. For the Cup Series, six drivers battle for the final two spots. Only one driver enters Martinsville in a must win scenario. Meanwhile, seven drivers are still alive for three spots in the Xfinity Championship Four. Unlike Cup, the Xfinity playoffs will see the majority of their drivers below the cutline seeking a win to advance. This weekend will be chalked full of beating and banging around the paper clip.
