Welcome, in this article series we will be reviewing and rating how each driver in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck series has done in the 2023 season (min. 10 races started). Each part will contain 3-4 drivers and have them grouped by organization/satellite team or truck manufacturer/future manufacturer teammate as best as possible. The review will include the drivers 2023 season statistics, along with ranks among drivers in 2023 with season ranking since the Playoffs started in 2016. We will also highlight playoff stats, notable streaks accomplished through the year, 2023 Short track (under 1 mile), Small track (1-1.3 mile), intermediate (1.3-1.5 mile), Big track (2-2.5 mile), Road Course, Superspeedway (drafting tracks), and Dirt track statistics. I will grade each section and give a brief reason why, then give a short overview ending with an overall grade A+ thru F- based on a weighted formula from the grades above. To sum up each team, at the end of their last driver I will give an overall team grade based on the grades for each driver. All grades may take into account underfunded/well-funded trucks and experience.

If he had done better in stages he’d get a for sure A+, but his stages aren’t too good. However, the rest of his stats are quite impressive including his 0 DNF’s and 8.96 Avg. Finish.

These stats are extraordinarily good, but the thing that kept him from an A+ is he had just 4 Top 10’s and while 86% of laps in the Top 15 is good 90% is A+ worthy I feel.

The difference between him getting an A- or an A is that he didn’t do too good in stages and his Avg. Driver Rating was only 6th best. So, he gets an A-.
Overview
– Enfinger narrowly missed out on closing GMS with a championship, coming home 2nd in points
– This year Enfinger kept the streak since 2021 of at lest 1 full-time driver getting 0 DNF’s going and he ran well too
– In the playoffs he ran pretty well, but even with 3 Top 5’s had just 4 Top 10’s
– His streaks weren’t impressive this year having a long Top 10 streak of 3 races
– He finished every Short track race in the Top 15, but only 1 in the Top 5
