Ambetter Health 400
If you did not see the NASCAR Cup Series race from Atlanta Motor Speedway, you missed out. It is quite possible this race had everything. Fans were able to witness a record number of lead changes which topped at 48. They also were treated to single file and pack racing, as well as enough cautions to get wrecked cars back on the lead lap.
What’s more, there were also a record number of cars involved in wrecks by the time the checkered flag flew.
Oh, and that checkered flag? It was a three-wide finish with only .007 seconds separating P1 from P3. Fans had to wait a minute to even discover who actually won the Ambetter Health 400.
Rich MARvelous Move of the Race
The final few laps were filled with passes and aggression, but drivers managed (for once in the race) to keep their machines in line.
Coming down the backstretch, Ryan Blaney had the lead. However, as the field entered Turn 4, he was joined by Kyle Busch and Daniel Suarez.
Once drivers came screaming to the checkered flag, well, we’ll let the video do the talking.

Ultimately, Suarez was deemed the winner and gave Trackhouse Racing their first win of the 2024 season.
For the AMS Rich MARvelous Move, we’re awarding that to Blaney, Busch, and Suarez for giving race fans (and non-fans) something to talk about for the next week!
Honorable Mention
Finally, while the three-wide finish was most impressive, there were numerous times drivers took their cars four wide without incident. Unfortunately, there were a handful of times they were not so lucky. But one memorable moment was a pass allowing Austin Cindric to take the lead with 51 laps remaining.
4-WIDE PASS FOR THE LEAD!! YES PLEASE!!
