Last week at Phoenix we saw….. a race, a race that Toyota dominated. This week we go to Bristol, but this Spring it’s not on dirt the way it has been the past few seasons. Hallelujah! Down below you will find different statistics for active drivers and Next Gen races of the NASCAR Cup series here at Bristol Motor Speedway ranging from Most Wins to Best Average Finishes by starting position in the Next Gen era. In the 2 Next Gen races at Bristol no driver has ran 90% of the laps in the Top 15 and won the race or finished 2nd, so running less than 450 laps in the Top 15 is key this weekend.

It’s only been 2 races so these numbers are very unreliable, but so far starting 20th isn’t bad in the Next Gen car at Bristol, but starting 22nd is almost a guaranteed bad finish.
