All-Time Cup Track Stats: Richmond

COTA last week almost saw an intense finish as Christopher Bell used a late pitting strategy to almost chase down William Byron for the win. This week we head to a Short track where strategy may once again be the key to a good finish. Down below you will find different statistics from all of the NASCAR Cup races here at Richmond Raceway ranging from Most Wins to Best Average Finishes by starting position. So read and enjoy these fun fact track stats!
In this post you will only find all-time stats, if you are looking for only active drivers stats or Next Gen stats check out my next article Active/Next Gen Cup Track Stats: Richmond.
Active Drivers will be highlighted like so
Active means any driver who started a race in the 2024 Cup Series season.

Funny little coincidence, but Denny Hamlin won the pole and race in the last Richmond race without stages. Since then (2017) no driver has won the pole and race at Richmond in 13 races.

2018 and 2021 saw drivers sweep both stages at Richmond, those years are 3 years apart. 2021 to 2024 is 3 years apart, so perhaps we see a driver sweep both Stage Wins this weekend.
