Outlook for this weekend
Rajah Caruth has been on fire to start the 2024 season, which isn’t a shock (unless you’re Cash James) when looking back at his 2023 Playoffs. However, he wasn’t great at Road Courses last year as his best finish in 2 races was 13th, but that 13th was at COTA. This was his only start at COTA but he didn’t run terrible and his start to this year should help. In all don’t expect greatness from Caruth this weekend, but a solid run could definitely be in order.

Ty Majeski’s up and down season continued last week as he ran well but ended up with a DNF due to an engine issue. This leaves him with the best Avg. Stage Finish this year but the 14th best Avg. Finish, however the next race is a Road Course which is good news for him. Last year he ran quite well on Road Courses and finished well too, including here at COTA where he finished 3rd. This was his best race here at COTA as his other race didn’t go so great. So, with all these stats it’s clear that Majeski will be a contender for the win, if he can avoid issues.

Outlook for this weekend
Nick Sanchez had a good race going last week, until he didn’t. Overall 2024 has been good for him and going to a Road Course could add to his good start. He was really good at Road Courses last year scoring 2 Top 10’s in 2 races, and he had good runs as well. This includes the race at COTA last year which was also his only start here. While there isn’t a ton of stuff to go off of stats wise what there is says to keep Sanchez on your list of potential winners, or at least of drivers to have a good run this weekend.

Outlook for this weekend
Ross Chastain is making his 2024 Truck Series debut this weekend at COTA. His last Truck race didn’t go well as he neither ran or finished good, but there is good news. This weekend is COTA where Chastain ran his only Truck Road Course race last year. This is good news because he ran and finished well in that race, and with that being his only Truck start here his stats at COTA are pretty good. All in all there aren’t many stats to go off of for Chastain this weekend, but no doubt be sure he will be a contender for the lead/win all race long.

Outlook for this weekend
The 2023 Champ Ben Rhodes wishes he could go back since 2024 has started out pretty darn bad as he has a best finish of just 13th in 4 races. However, there is great news on the horizon in the form of COTA. Last year Rhodes ran great at Road Courses and would have gotten 2 Top 5’s if it weren’t for his truck breaking on the final turn of COTA. Overall at COTA he is a Top 10 king as he’s finished all 6 stages and all 3 races here in the Top 10. This year may not have started out great for Rhodes, but watch out for him to be a factor this weekend.
