All-Time Cup Track Stats: Bristol

Last week at Watkins Glen we got our first, of what I think will be multiple this year, non-playoff winner of a race as Chris Buescher outdueled SVG to pick up his first win of 2024. Now we head to Bristol where in the Spring tires were the headline, and if that’s the case again the name of this round will be officially change from Round of 16 to Round of crapshoot races. Down below you will find different statistics from all of the NASCAR Cup races here at Bristol Motor Speedway ranging from Most Wins to Best Average Finishes by starting position. So read and enjoy these fun fact track stats!
In this post you will only find all-time stats, if you are looking for only active drivers stats or Next Gen stats check out my next article Active/Next Gen Cup Track Stats: Bristol.
Active Drivers will be highlighted like so
Active means any driver who started a race in the 2024 Cup Series season.

Jack Smith 07/30/1961
Most Recent Winner: Denny Hamlin 03/17/2024

Jeff Green’s record of worst finish by a Pole winner at Bristol is an unwanted record, but one that is sure to be around for a while since only 40 cars can start a race now.

Winning the Pole and Race was common in the early years of Bristol, but not as much of recent. However, the last 4 to do it have been JGR drivers, so watch out if JGR wins the Pole this weekend.
