NASCAR Cup Series Championship
The NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race got off to an interesting start. Just seconds into the race, Ty Gibbs slammed the wall hard, bringing out a lengthy caution.

After that, Joey Logano won the opening stage and Ryan Blaney won Stage 2. With all Championship 4 drivers within the top 10, the closing laps were a Team Penske battle.
Logano had the lead and Blaney was closing in on the No. 22 with every turn. However, the laps ran out before he could make the pass and Logano was crowned the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series Champion.

For the season finale, our team had the bar set low for on-track action. We’ve been crossing our fingers for a championship site move for a while now, and we’ll have to wait a little longer.
What we didn’t expect was the move to come from a car without a number on the side.
As the pace car brought the field back to the restart zone for the start of the second stage, the unexplainable happened. The pace car took the hard left turn but took it a little too hard – right into one of the sand barrels at the entrance to pit road.

This incident red-flagged the race for a quick clean-up in Phoenix before the race could resume.
