Welcome, in this article series we will be reviewing and rating how each driver in the NASCAR Xfinity series has done in the 2024 season (min. 15 races started). Each part will contain 3-4 drivers and have them grouped by organization/satellite team or car manufacturer teammate as best as possible. The review will include the drivers 2024 season statistics, along with ranks among drivers in 2024 with season ranking since the Playoffs started in 2016. We will also highlight playoff stats, notable streaks accomplished through the year, 2024 Short track (under 1 mile), Small track (1-1.3 mile), Intermediate (1.3-1.5 mile), Big track (2-2.5 mile), Road Course (left and right turns), and Superspeedway (drafting tracks) statistics. I will grade each section and give a brief reason why, then give a short overview, all ending with an overall grade A+ thru F- based on a weighted formula from the grades above. To sum up each team, at the end of their last driver I will give an overall team grade based on the grades for each driver. All grades may take into account underfunded/well-funded cars and driver experience.
In this article we have two Chevy teams that almost had every driver make it to the Round of 8, Richard Childress Racing and Big Machine Racing.

Austin Hill is in his 3rd full-time Xfinity season just like his ex-teammate Sheldon Creed and they both have similar stats, except Wins so Hill gets a bit better grade than Creed.

What got him an A instead of A- was his 3 Stage Wins and his 1 race Win as he only had 2 Top 5’s and his in-race stats were good, but not great.

What saved his grade some is that he ran over 80% of his laps in the Top 15 as he only had 1 Top 10 finish to 2 finishes out of the Top 20 with a not so good Avg. Finish and barely any Stage Pts

What hurt him was his 1 Finish out of the Top 20 as that brought down his Avg. Finish to be mediocre, other than that he ran pretty well on these tracks and had mostly decent finishes.

Wins aren’t everything in the reviews and this grade shows it as he won half the Superspeedway races, but he only got 1 other Top 15 with runs that were good but not great. So, he just misses out on the A+.
Overview
– Hill got his only non-superspeedway Win this year in the Round of 8 which propelled him to a 4th place finish in points

It was close between B+ and B but I gave him the B+ because 15 Top 10’s with more Top 5’s than Finishes out of the Top 20 for a tier 2 car is impressive. Plus, he had the 5th best Avg. Finish this year.

He had pretty good stats for a tier 2 car in the Playoffs as his Avg. Finish is actually really impressive as is the fact he didn’t finish out of the Top 20 in any race, but it was his stage stats that brought his grade down.

2024 Road Course Grade: A
In a tier 2 car he finished every race in the Top 10 with a couple Top 5’s as well, and he ran really, really good too. However, what kept him from an A+ was his 0 Top 3 finishes.

He did get 2 Top 3 finishes with good stage stats and an Avg. Driver Rating above 90, but he only had 2 Top 10’s and 3 Top 15’s which is what kept him from a better grade.
Overview
– In his last full-time season Kligerman was able to point his way into the Playoffs and finish 10th in Driver Points
