Active/Next Gen Cup Track Stats: Atlanta

Last week at Daytona we got to see a finish actually end under green as William Byron avoided carnage twice to win the Daytona 500 again. This week we head to another drafting track where carnage will probably be present, and hopefully more racing will be too. Down below you will find different statistics for active drivers and Next Gen races of the NASCAR Cup series here at Atlanta Motor Speedway ranging from Most Wins to Best Average Finishes by starting position in the Next Gen era. So read and enjoy these fun fact track stats!
In this post you will only find active and Next Gen stats, if you are looking for all-time stats check out my previous article All-Time Cup Track Stats: Atlanta.
Active means any driver who started a race in the 2025 Cup Series season.

Ryan Blaney doesn’t care which type of Atlanta we are going to as his runs here (based off the tables above) have been the best of any active driver.

Part of the reason why Ryan Blaney is so high up in all of the tables above has to be because he’s only not completed 4 laps in his Atlanta career.
