After 3 weeks of “wild card” tracks, it is time for some potential normalcy for the NASCAR schedule. Phoenix Raceway kicks off a stretch of “normal” tracks where the expected winners should be from the strongest teams. However, nothing could be that simple to predict. Afterall, who could have guessed that only powerhouse teams would end up winning every race so far this season. Looking ahead to Phoenix this weekend, the spring date here always is seen as an early preview for how the Championship Races might unfold in the fall. Could an early dominant performance lead to a championship trophy for a driver/team? Will they feature in either group for the Cup or Xfinity Series for this week’s predictions? Time to see who the Pit Pass Network team chose in the Predictions for Phoenix.
Checking out the current standings, the fans currently hold a slim margin over Marvin after 3 weeks. Starting this week, there will be a new competitor for the Pit Pass Network crew. Welcome Jon Vinson to the Predictions weekly series (and to Pit Pass Network).
