Cook Out 400
The first short track of the season saw Christopher Bell sitting on the pole. Once the race got going, Joey Logano claimed the opening stage, and Denny Hamlin snagged the Stage 2 win.
Once the final stage was underway, Hamlin maintained the lead until green flag stops began with 135 to go. Before everyone could pit, Shane van Gisbergen brought out the caution when he lost a tire and went for a spin in Turn 3.
Ultimately, Hamlin flat-out dominated the final stage and easily won the race with a nearly five-second lead.
Rich MARvelous Move of the Race

After winning Stage 1, Logano faced calamity on Lap 317. Chase Briscoe clipped the curb in Turn 3 and, after going sideways, hit Logano, spinning him out.

Logano went from P6 to P25 and had a hill to climb to finish out the race.
The Team Penske driver didn’t let that stop him. With zero cautions in the final 74 laps, he worked his way back to finish P8 – the defending champion’s first top 10 of the 2025 season.
Shout-Out
We want to give a shout-out to Goodyear. The tire this weekend had incredible fall off (just look at the sides of the cars!).
But with tires this good, the Pit Pass Network team thinks it’s pretty obvious that the problem isn’t the tires. It’s the car.
