Goodyear 400
William Byron sat on the pole at Darlington Raceway – his second pole of the season. The first caution came on Lap 4 when Kyle Larson, who earned “Best in Show,” wrecked on the backstretch.

When the opening stage shook out, Bryon claimed the win. Minus a tire issue in the middle of Stage 2, things were quiet for drivers, and Bryon continued his dominating ways.
The final stage started with Josh Berry going for a spin off Turn 2. Byron continued leading until he pitted under green on Lap 244.
Tyler Reddick took the lead, but with 13 to go, Ryan Blaney was closing in. With three to go, Blaney made the pass for the lead, and almost immediately, Larson, who was 160-some laps down, wrecked. This brought out the caution and forced NASCAR into Overtime.
Denny Hamlin and Reddick led the field to green, and the No. 11 ran off with the lead and, ultimately, the Goodyear 400 win.
Rich MARvelous Move of the Race
Remember the tire issue that brought out the caution on Lap 135? That, in a roundabout way, earned the Rich MARvelous Move of the Race.

In a crazy series of events, Brad Keselowski spun off of Turn 4 after his right rear lug nut came off.
Yeah … that's not good.

Keselowski slowed his No. 6 Ford Mustang to a crawl and limped to pit road. In doing so, he managed to keep the tire on his car and finish out the race.
Kudos to Keselowski on the MARvelous save!
