Last week fans were hoping for an exciting race to take our minds off what we saw for the few races before the Easter break…. but we were let down once again as Austin Cindric won the race of two trains. Now, race fans look to an unlikely track to provide some exciting racing for the first time in over a month, Texas. Down below you will find different statistics for active drivers and Next Gen races of the NASCAR Cup series here at Texas Motor Speedway ranging from Most Wins to Best Average Finishes by starting position in the Next Gen era. So read and enjoy these fun fact track stats!
In this post you will only find active and Next Gen stats, if you are looking for all-time stats check out my previous article All-Time Cup Track Stats: Texas.
Active means any driver who started a race in the 2025 Cup Series season.

– Stage 1 finish did not have much impact in race finish here last year as 5 drivers that finished 28th or worse in Stage 1 finished Top 10 in the race. Meanwhile 5 drivers that got Stage Pts in Stage 1 finished 17th or worse.
