For the final time in 2025, it is time for superspeedway racing. All three NASCAR national series will head to Talladega Superspeedway for their third to last race of the season. For each series, Talladega marks the middle race of the playoffs. For Denny Hamlin and Corey Heim, they can rest easy this weekend as their Championship Four spots are secured. However, the remaining 22 playoff drivers will have to avoid catastrophe to ensure their Championship Four hopes are not pinned to winning Martinsville. Meanwhile, there will be plenty of non-playoff drivers hungry for a late season win to give them and their teams momentum for 2026.
