Brehanna Daniels is a basketball star turned NASCAR Cup Series pit crew member. It all started when NASCAR Drive for Diversity showed up on her college campus and discovered her fast-paced basketball skills would make her a standout in a different sport.
Two years into her training, she had the opportunity to pit for Cody Ware’s team in the Daytona 500 and she hasn’t looked back. Along the way, she has become a role model for young girls and people of color, in and out of the sport.
In addition to her talents on pit road, Daniels has competed on NBC’s The Titan Games. She also received the 2020 Crew Member Award at the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Awards.
