Earlier in the 2023 season, Memphis Villarreal made his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut at a wet and whacky Martinsville Speedway, driving for G2G Racing. In an interesting turn of events, Villarreal made the jump to the top of the pit box at Kansas Speedway to crew chief for the No. 47 G2G Racing truck, driven by team owner, Tim Viens.
In addition to driving and crew chiefing, Villarreal has put in time in the shop and on pit road.
He sat down with Pit Pass Network to talk all things racing, including his time with G2g Racing, the benefits of MCM Racing Development, sharing a hometown with the Labonte brothers, and more!
Charity of Choice
Memphis requested the donation on his behalf be given to a children’s charity, such as St. Jude Children’s Research. This amazing organization “is leading the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.”
