YellaWood 500
Michael McDowell turned heads and scored the pole for the YellaWood 500. Once the green waved, drivers wasted no time in ramping up the action. They took their cars three-wide and shuffled the field.
A massive wreck toward the end of the opening stage messed up the day for several Playoff contenders. But when the green-white-checkered waved, Ty Gibbs was the stage winner.
Chris Buescher and Ty Dillon started Stage 2 out front. But after another late-stage caution, Chase Briscoe took the stage win.
John Hunter Nemechek and Kyle Busch led the field to green for the start of the final stage. With 22 laps remaining, Cody Ware spun and brought out the caution. This brought the field to pit road. Another late caution sent the race into Overtime, allowing Briscoe to sneak away with the win!
Rich MARvelous Move of the Race
The Rich MARvelous Move from the YellaWood 500 didn’t come from one driver, but a slew of drivers who were all heads up!

The Rich MARvelous Move of the Race is voted on by Pit Pass Network team members following the checkered flag of each NASCAR Cup Series race.
With 46 laps remaining, Riley Herbst was running P11 when suddenly, he dropped like a rock through the middle of the field.

Our MARvelous Move goes to all the drivers behind Herbst who got out of the way and avoided what could have been a disaster in ‘Dega!
Give a shout if your driver was one of the ones who dodged the potential mess!
